We appear to have a new addition to the family. A kitten the size of a bread roll has adopted us and is settling in to a routine of fish, milk and duffing up. He has gangly pipe cleaner legs, ears that are too big and paws like Corky the cat in the Beano. We have called him ‘Kufoof’ (Koofi for short), which means ‘paws’. Very sweet. Akhi on the other hand, is not so impressed.

Oman: new kitty on the block
