Oman: dinner with the chaps

An evening of fine roadside dining was held with gentlemen from the office. We sat around large trays of goat atop rice with salady extras and chili sauce for the brave. The post meal photograph could not have been harder to expose - absolutely no light, gleaming white dishdashas and brown skin. Photoshop came to the rescue.
